WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Maintenance crews with Cape Fear Public Utility Authority facilitated repairs to a water line in the Myrtle Grove area Tuesday.
According to CFPUA, the water line was hit by a contractor working in the area.
CFPUA said customers in the area of Faulkenberry and Laurel Ridge may experience discoloration in their water and many CFPUA customers in the southern portion of New Hanover County will experience low pressure.
As a result, a precautionary boil water advisory has been issued and posted under the notifications section of thier website: cfpua.org.
