Phase 3 of construction on River Road now underway
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Phase three of construction on River Road is now underway, according to a news release from CFPUA.
Traffic traveling northbound on River Road will be shifted to the center or turning lane between Independence Boulevard and CFPUA’s Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Motorists are advised that there may be temporary delays in the area until July 30.
