WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The CUE Center for Missing Persons held a press conference Monday morning to unveil a digital billboard encouraging anyone who has information regarding the deaths of Allison Jackson Foy and Angela Rothen to come forward.
The skeletal remains of both women were found in a wooded area off Carolina Beach Road near Raleigh Street in April 2008. They had each been missing for a significant amount of time and were murdered.
Allison Jackson Foy's family is offering a reward for information that will lead to an arrest and conviction in her case. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
"I am still amazed in the community support my family and I receive here in Wilmington each time we return concerning my sister's case; we appreciate the dedication of those who were once strangers and we now call friends", said Lisa Valentino, Allison's sister.
The press conference will be held Monday morning at 10:00 at the electronic billboard located on the Oleander Drive side entrance to Independence Mall.
