Fundraiser for Zack Mayo will be held at Halligan's on May 1 | Community Spirit

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) — There will be a fundraising event for Zack Mayo—a local boy who has survived cardiac arrest, kidney failure, liver cancer, nine surgeries and is now being treated for hemangioblastoma— and his family on May 1 at Halligan’s on Masonboro Loop Road from 1-5 p.m.

The Spring for Zack event will feature music, an all you can eat buffet, drink specials, a silent auction, raffle, inflatable bounce houses, games and more.

The minimum donation is $15 for adults and $5 for children under 10 and tickets can be purchased at all First Bank locations in the area.
