IHOP offers guest free short stack on Nat'l Pancake Day | Business

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – For the eighth year in a row, IHOP® restaurants nationwide will offer each guest a free short stack of its famous buttermilk pancakes on National Pancake Day in an effort to raise awareness and funds for the Children’s Miracle Network.

In 2012, the restaurant served four million free pancakes nationwide and raised more than $3 million to children’s charities.

According to the franchise, since the inception of National Pancake Day in 2006, IHOP® has raised more than $10 million and given away more than 14 million pancakes to support charities.

Grab your free stack of buttermilk pancakes Tuesday, Feb. 5, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at participating restaurants in Wilmington.
