Business offering multiple workspaces under one roof expands | Business

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Coworx, a company that offers multiple small businesses a space to rent under one roof, has expanded to Barclay Commons, which is at the corner of Shipyard and Independence boulevards.

Coworx is ideal for up-and-coming businesses and owners who don't have an official office or workspace to utilize.

The workspace offers 20 studio desks and 15 private offices, and it is equipped with a conference room, mailboxes, internet and more.

Private offices begin at $475 a month.

The group also has two locations at Lumina Station.
